Our guys had a lot of upside, but that's what you pay to get a number one guy. That upside wasn't going to help us win a division this year, but Jake Peavy can. 

Last night's game turned on one great at-bat by Jayson Nix. He was in a two-strike hole against Francisco Liriano and worked a walk that set up the grand slam by Jermaine Dye. Ozzie Guillen has been talking about wanting his hitters to give good at-bats and the hits will come. Nix's at-bat last night was the perfect example of this.
