Chace Crawford's Text-Message Breakup... And Possible Rebound
We love how Gossip Girl plots tend to incorporate technology -- camera phone shots of bad behavior, incriminating text messages from illicit liaisons, web pages that solicit for last-minute dates. Now it seems the even the actors are embracing the brave new tech world when it comes to relationships.
People reports that Chace Crawford and Carrie Underwood ended their recent relationship via text message. "It was completely mutual," Underwood told Extra at the taping of Idol Gives Back. "We broke up over text so ... it's like 'peace out.' "
According to People, the split wasn't quite so easy on Chace: "He was upset about the breakup," his sister, Candice, told PEOPLE. "It's always hard when you lose a relationship."
But apparently Chace wasn't TOO broken up about things, because we're hearing that he already may have moved on -- with another Gossip Girl star! Page Six reports that Chace may be rebounding with Michelle Trachtenberg, the show's newest guest star.
What do you think of these recent romance reports? Do you wish Chace and Carrie were still an item, do you prefer him with Michelle, or do you have a totally different woman in mind for Chace (like yourself!)? And what are your thoughts on ending relationships over via text?

I think since the break up was mutual there isnt really anything to think about it, that is between them. As for him and Michelle I do think he could do WAY better and yes I do have a certain someone in mind... ME. I find Chace absolutely gorgeous and I'm not just saying that because he's on TV. My philosophy is that money can't buy happiness. I grew up spoiled with a lot of money, not like the cast of gg ofcourse, but all I've ever wanted is to find true love.

Poor guy? Lol, I guess I kinda feel bad for him. But if it's true and he has moved on, then I don't pity him at all.
