* After struggling against the Jordan-era Bulls, Dallas beat Chicago in the last meeting between the teams in which MJ played. Including that win, Dallas has now won 15 of the last 16 games in the series.
* During the 16-game stretch, the only time Chicago won was the only time they broke 100 points. They were held to double digits in each of their 15 losses to the Mavericks.
* 100 points seems to be the magic number for Chicago. They are 2-0 this season when scoring at least 100 and 0-2 when allowing 100.
* It is feast or famine for Bulls’ guard Ben Gordon against Dallas. In his two best games, he has averaged 30.5 points per game and shot 56.5%. In the other four games, he averaged just 4.0 points on 14.7% shooting from the field.
* Dallas is allowing its opponents to shoot a league-high 50.1% from the field this season.
* Dirk Nowitzki has scored over 20 points in his last five games against Chicago, and has five career double-doubles against the Bulls.
* After scoring just six points in 27 total minutes coming off the bench in Dallas’ first two games, Devin Harris has moved into the starting lineup and is averaging 29 minutes per game and over 10 points per game.
