Game Notes For Friday vs. Nets

* The Nets have won both meetings with the Bulls this season, overcoming an 18-point deficit in each game. * New Jersey ranks last in the league in defensive stops (steals plus blocked shots) per game with 9.5 (6.2 steals, 3.3 blocks). * In two games versus the Bulls this season, Jason Kidd is averaging 20.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 9.0 assists. * Bostjan Nachbar set a career high with seven three-pointers made against Atlanta Wednesday (7-for-10), finishing with 26 points. * The Bulls’ 28-10 home record (.737) is the best in the Eastern Conference. They have only lost back-to-back games at home once this season, when Houston and New Jersey turned the trick in early January. * Kirk Hinrich is averaging 24.3 points and 7.3 assists in his last three games. Against the Nets this season Hinrich has averaged 14.5 points on 31.0% shooting (9-for-29).
