Game Notes For Tuesday vs. Kobes


* The Lakers have won three of the last four meetings with the Bulls, including a 106-78 victory on Nov. 18 in Los Angeles.
* This is the first contest in a four-game Eastern Conference road swing for the Lakers. They also play in Cleveland, Philadelphia and New York before returning home for the Christmas Day meeting with the Suns at Staples Center. The Lakers have won five of six games with the lone loss at Golden State.
* The Bulls have been off since last Friday. Chicago has won four of its last six games and six of last nine.
* Kobe Bryant needs 78 points to become the 31st player in NBA history with 20,000 in the regular season.
* Kirk Hinrich, who leads the NBA in free throw shooting (.956), has made 27 consecutive shots from the line.
