Is It Thabo's Time?

With Kirk Hinrich unavailable for Tuesday's game against the Magic due to a sore back, this is a great opportunity for Thabo Sefolosha, who gets the start. He's been playing better recently. His offense has been such that he's at least allowing the game to come to him and not trying to create something that's not there.

His role is not to score a lot of points anyway - his role is to defend. I was really impressed with the job he did in the 2nd half on Joe Johnson who had 25 points at halftime. Thabo took him most of the 2nd half. He was solid, he worked Johnson hard. He's a good defender; he's got good length.

Injuries sometimes present opportunities and this is his opporutnity to step in and show this coaching staff that he deserves more minutes and become a regular part of the backcourt rotation.

You stated that Thabo Sefolosha role is to defend, not score. Well it looks like the role of the Bulls, as a team, is to not defend and not score!
