Game Notes For Tuesday @ Lakers

* The Lakers have won nine of their last 11 home games against the Bulls, with the wins coming by an average margin of 13.8 points per victory. * Like last season, the Bulls have begun the 2008-09 season with three straight losses away from home. * The Bulls have an NBA-high six players each averaging at least one steal per game this season. * So far this season, the Lakers are outscoring their opponents by an NBA-high 5.9 points per game (22.0 – 16.1) at the free throw line. However, the Lakers were outscored by 18 points at the line in their first loss of the season to the Pistons Friday night. * Derrick Rose is the first Bulls’ rookie since Michael Jordan to have 10+ points in each of his first 10 games. * Kobe Bryant has been held below 20 points in four straight games against the Bulls.
