Hello to all of my "Peeps" out there in the Bulls Blog World. The circus is at the United Center so that means the Bulls are goin' west. Tonight the Bulls will visit the Staples Center to face the Clippers at 8:00 on WGN. We will be Nationwide tomorrow at 8pm ct from Portland on WGN America. The Circus trip used to be one of my favorite parts of the season. There was always something going on, books handed out by Phil, late night TV appearances in Los Angeles and countless other stories. Times have changed but the one thing that does remain is that it gives the team a chance to bond early in the season. This season the Bulls will get to spend Thanksgiving at home after boarding the charter following Wednesday's game at Houston. The Trip ends next Saturday at Milwaukee.

Thumbnail image for Stacey King.jpgHappy Halloween to all my Peeps out there. The 2012-13 season is here and I can't wait for it to get started. After finishing last season with the best record in the East the Bulls face a greater challenge this season. No D. Rose. The loss of Derrick was the main topic surrounding the team during the off season. How they respond with out him will be the true test of this team. Kirk Hinrich is back. Omer Asik, C.J. Watson, Ronnie Brewer and Kyle Korver are gone. Also joining the team are veterans Nazr Mohammed & Nate Robinson. First round pick Marquis Teague, Marco Belinelli and Vladimir Radmanovic fill out the roster. A full season of NBA basketball is a great thing and tonight the Bulls get it started! Chicago viewers can catch all the action tonight with Bullseye at 6:30 followed by Neil Funk and myself making the call at 7pm.

Am I really back in Chicago?  Yes I am! The Bulls are the home team for the first time since January 27th! After a 6-3 trip that went from Miami and up the East coast back to the Midwest and then East again the Bulls return to the United Center. Derrick Rose will be out due to lower back spasms. Coach Thibodeau said Tuesday that Rose's condition is improving but "still not where we want it to be."

After tonight's game 12 of the next 16 will be played in Chicago. This should be a nice stretch for the Bulls seeing that they are 9-1 at home this season.
All of our Chicago viewers can watch tonight at 7pm on WCIU.
