* The Blackhawks have won each of the last three meetings between these teams, including a 5-2 victory in the first matchup this season.

* Chicago has won six of its last nine games and will be looking to extend its current win streak to three in a row.

* Rick Nash has 23 career goals against the Blackhawks, the most by any NHL player since he entered the league in 2002-03. Nash has gone eight straight games without scoring versus Chicago, however.

* Patrick Kane is one of three players with at least 100 goals and 200 assists in the Western Conference since the start of the 2007-08 season (107 G, 211 A). The others are Daniel Sedin and Pavel Datsyuk.

* The Lightning lost, 4-2, to the Hurricanes on Tuesday and have now dropped two of three overall. Tampa Bay's opponents are just 1-for-15 with the man-advantage in the last six games.
* These clubs played twice last season with Tampa Bay taking both tilts (4-3 in a shootout on March 9 and 2-0 on April 3). The Blackhawks and Lightning have faced off against each other six times since the lockout with each winning three of those games.
