Blackhawks Game Notes For Tuesday @ St. Louis

* The home team has won each of the last five meetings between these two teams.

* The Blues were not whistled for a single penalty Sunday against Nashville. It was the first time the Blues kept their penalty box vacant since April 1, 2004 (vs. Red Wings).

* For the second time this season, the Blackhawks have won four straight games. Three of the four victories have come by 4-1 margins.

* The Blues have now won exactly six games in each of the first three months this season.

* Patrick Sharp, who scored two goals against Columbus on Sunday, has seven goals over his last eight games against the Blues.

* The Blue Jackets have won three of the last four meetings between these two teams and the last two meetings in Chicago. The Blue Jackets have a winning record in Chicago (12-8-0-2) since the start of the 2003-04 season.

* Since starting the season 8-1-0 at home, the Blue Jackets have lost six straight at home and have been outscored, 25-10, during that streak.

* The Blackhawks have won their last three games and seven of their last nine games at home. Chicago has scored 33 goals over that nine-game span at home, an average of 3.67 goals a game.

* 12 of those 33 goals have come on the power-play as the Blackhawks have converted on 32.4% of their power plays in that span. Jonathan Toews (4) and Troy Brouwer (3) have combined for seven of those 12 goals.

Blackhawks Game Notes For Wednesday vs. Nashville

* This will be the third meeting between these clubs this season, with Nashville winning each of the first two contests. The Blackhawks have won seven of their last 10 home games against the Predators.

* Nashville saw its season-high five-game winning streak come to an end in a 6-1 loss to the Kings on Saturday.

* Chicago has won two straight and six of its last eight home games. The Blackhawks have scored 19 power-play goals at home this season - tied for the most in hockey. 

* Jonathan Toews has six goals and seven assists in his last nine games and 12 points (4g, 8a) in his last eight games against Nashville.

* Brent Seabrook has 16 points (1g, 15a) in 19 home games this season compared to four points (2g, 2a) in 16 road games. 

* Steve Sullivan, who has lit the lamp in consecutive games, is riding a current four-game point streak (2g, 2a). Teammate Ryan Suter has seven points (1g, 6a) during his current five-game point streak.

* Behind Nicklas Lidstrom's first career hat trick, the Red Wings defeated the Blues, 5-2, on Wednesday and have now won three of four overall. This season marks the seventh time in franchise history and the third time in the last four years that Detroit has 20+ wins through its first 30 games.
* The Blackhawks lost, 4-3, to the Avalanche on Wednesday and have now dropped three straight games overall (0-2-1 record). With 35 points in 33 games, the defending Stanley Cup Champs are currently 12th in the Western Conference.
* Including a 3-2 victory earlier this season (October 9), the Red Wings have defeated the Blackhawks three straight times at the United Center - all by a single goal.
* Including a goal and an assist with the man-advantage Wednesday, Nicklas Lidstrom now has 15 power-play points (3g, 12a) overall in 2010-11 - most of any blueliner in hockey. Lidstrom has five points (2g, 3a) in his last four skates against the Blackhawks.

* The Blackhawks have the league's second-best power-play in 2010-11 at 24.0 percent. However, Chicago's penalty-kill percentage is just 78.8 this season - third-worst in the NHL.

* The Avalanche have won each of the two meetings between these teams so far this season (both at home), including a 7-5 victory against them on Monday. Colorado has just one win in its last six trips to Chicago.

* The Blackhawks have won two straight and four of their last five home games.

* Colorado has won each of its last three games after winning just once in its previous seven contests. The Avalanche have scored the second-most goals in the NHL this season (106), while the Blackhawks have scored the fourth-most (99).

* Corey Crawford has won each of his last four home starts after losing each of his first four at home on the season.

Blackhawks Game Notes For Monday @ Colorado

* The Blackhawks lost, 2-1, in overtime to the Sharks on Saturday and have now taken at least one point from six of their last seven games overall (5-1-1 record). Chicago is 8-3-1 (.708) in its last 12 skates - the third-best record in the league since November 14.

* Including a 4-3 Avalanche victory earlier this season, four of the last five games between these two clubs have needed overtime or a shootout to determine a winner (each team has won two of those four OT/shootout contests).
* Despite stopping 28 shots on Saturday night, Corey Crawford's win streak came to an end at seven games. He is the first Blackhawks' rookie to win seven consecutive starts since Darren Pang in January of 1988
